Permission is granted to temporarily use Neural Draft for personal or commercial content generation purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Use the materials for any commercial purpose without a valid subscription
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the Service
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

You retain all rights to the content you create using Neural Draft. We do not claim ownership of your generated content. However, you grant us a license to use, modify, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

• To violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To generate spam, phishing, or fraudulent content

6. Disclaimer

The materials on Neural Draft are provided on an 'as is' basis. Neural Draft makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

7. Limitations

In no event shall Neural Draft or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Service.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service.
